( The houses here in Kobe were built by the many Europeans who lived in this important port city about 100 years ago. ) The " Free Enterprise System " has really run amuck here. This historic neighborhood has been turned into a really tacky sort of "European themepark" complete with about 3,000 wedding chapels. Almost every old house has it's seperate ticket booth....
