I had a fantastic diner last night in Ebisu (Tokyo). Everything was just perfect. The star attraction was the charcoal grilled horse meat. I had eaten raw horse meat many times, but this was the first time I ate cooked horse meat. While it is heavenly when cooked, horse meat is best when it is eaten raw...take my word for it! The dish below is deep-fried chicken cartilage. Posted by Picasa
